Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original Maximilian packaging to ensure they are protected during transit and include the provided packing slip.
Ship the Items
Affix the prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location; we recommend obtaining a tracking receipt for your records.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of the products, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange items within 5-7 business days.
